Book a complimentary Discovery Call with Dr. Amini for up to 10 minutes. Dr. Amini will assess if she is a good fit for your mental health care.
If Dr. Amini is a good fit for your mental health care - Proceed to schedule an Initial Psychiatric Evaluation visit with Dr. Amini, in-office.
A New Patient Questionnaire will be sent to you via a separate email to complete prior to your first in-person visit.
